Mind Coffee is a café and coffee brand rooted in intentionality. We exist to create space—for pause, for conversation, and for thoughtful experiences centered around coffee.

What began as a café has evolved into something broader. Mind Coffee now operates as both a physical cafe and a coffee brand, unified by a shared philosophy: that quality should feel welcoming, not exclusive.

Every detail is considered. From sourcing and roasting to interiors and drink composition, very little is accidental.

    Our coffee program emphasizes direct relationships and transparency. We work to shorten the distance between farmers and drinkers, honoring both the land and the labor behind each coffee. All of our coffees are roasted in small batches in Berkeley. Roasting is treated as a tool for expression, not dominance, allowing each coffee’s character to remain intact.
