Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji zone, this single-farm lot comes from Bette Buna’s estate in the Megadu woreda, where coffee is cultivated across semi- forest and wild forest plots. Processed as a natural anaerobic, whole cherries are carefully fermented in sealed tanks using native yeasts before being slowly dried on patios and solar beds. The result is a cup that feels generous - warm, steady, and subtly transportive.
